Further changes to Jupiter Dynamic Bond Fund
The Jupiter Global Fund (the “Company") has notified us of further amendments to sub fund Jupiter Dynamic Bond Fund (the ”Fund"). This will take effect 2 August 2023. (the “Effective Date")

The Fund can be found in our defined fund range products Oracle, Quantum (including Malaysia variants), Paragon, Regular Savings Plan (including Malaysia variants), LifePlan (including Lebanon variants), Kudos and Protected Lifestyle (including Lebanon variants):
SUMMARY OF CHANGES
Further to the 6 July 2023 notification, where the Company advised of the investment policy change of the Fund and that the Fund may begin to invest in financial derivative instruments (“FDIs”) for hedging and investment purposes. We have received further notification from the Company that with the possibility of the Fund to use FDIs for investment purposes, the Funds global exposure calculation method will change from the commitment approach to the absolute VaR approach.
As of the Effective Date, the section 'Global Exposure" of the Fund Appendix will be updated to the following:
"The global exposure of the Fund is calculated using the Absolute VaR Approach. The level of leverage for the Fund, calculated on the basis of the gross sum of the notionals, is expected to range from 0 to 400% and is not expected to exceed 500%, although higher levels of leverage are possible. In case of higher levels of leverage, the risk profile of the Fund will remain unchanged. So long as the Fund is authorised by the SFC as a ‘non derivatives fund’, the Fund shall be subject to the SFC requirement of not more than 50% net derivative exposure."
