Name and Objective Change - Schroder ISF Global Property Securities Fund
Schroder ISF has advised that it will be changing the name, the investment objective and policy of their Global Property Securities Fund on 1 December 2016.
The changes
Schroder ISF has advised that the change in the name brings the Fund into line with standard terminology used world-wide for this type of asset class and it will reflect the Funds investment strategy to provide exposure to cities that will exhibit continued economic growth.

Investment objective: To provide a total return primarily through investment in equity securities of property companies worldwide.

Fund name: Schroder ISF Global Cities Real Estate
Investment objective: The fund aims to provide income and capital growth by investing in equity and equity related securities of real estate companies worldwide.

For our Oracle, Paragon and Quantum guided fund ranges these are LU0224508324 and LU0224509132. Other share classes of the fund which are available to PIMS policies can be found in the Schroder ISF notification document opposite.
Alternative fund choice
We have written to Oracle, Paragon and Quantum policyholders to notify them of the changes and their options. Where there is an appointed investment adviser on the policy, the investment adviser will receive this correspondence instead. Samples of these letters can be viewed opposite. Servicing advisers will receive a copy of the letter for their records.
Investors do not need to do anything if they are comfortable with the changes. However, should they wish to switch their investment into an alternative fund from the range available to their policy they can do so at any time, free of any switch charge.
They can provide alternative instructions either by submitting a completed Fund switch instruction form, or as a registered user of our Online Service Centre and fund switching facility, conducting a switch and premium redirection online.
