RL360’s Oracle now available via tablet app
Applications for Oracle, RL360’s lump sum bond, can now be submitted via our app.
Oracle is the second product to be added to the successful RL360 App, following in the footsteps of flagship regular premium savings product Quantum.
The easy-to-use paperless system saves time and money and provides a flexible and secure solution for both advisers and their policyholders.
“We’ve had a strong response since we launched the RL360 App with Quantum last year,” said Marketing Director Simon Barwell. “Our intention all along was to add more products and we’re happy to be able to do that with Oracle now, with more products to follow in future.”
The app:
- Saves time and money – it eliminates the need for costly couriers by allowing applications to be submitted instantly online.
- Reduces hassle – it enables the user to work offline and use helpful shortcuts to speed up preparing an application. Evidence can be captured and certified directly on the device.
- Eliminates the need for wet signatures.
- Improves acceptance – the app’s built in validation checks help applications come in right, first time.
- Provides for secure submission – application and supporting documents are encrypted and sent in directly to us.
- Is flexible – however an adviser prepares and submits new business, our flexible system can adapt to their needs.
- Tracks applications – users can watch an application’s progress and upload any outstanding requirements.
- Can be downloaded for free from the Apple Store.
- Allows 24/7 document access – advisers and clients can access policy documents online throughout the lifetime of the policy.
To begin submitting Oracle applications online via the app, an adviser must either already be an RL360 App user or must sign up to use it.
To sign up to the app, an adviser must have terms of business with RL360 and be registered to use our Online Service Centre (OSC).
Once registered, the app can be downloaded for free from the Apple Store, after which the adviser can contact RL360 for activation. However an adviser’s business is structured, the app’s set up can be modified to fit their particular requirements.
