Further fee increase - UBS (Lux) Money Market Sustainable Fund
We have been notified of a further increase in the Flat and Management Fees in relation to the EUR and CHF share class of the UBS (Lux) Money Market Sustainable Fund. These changes will take place on 6 April 2023.
AVAILABLE IN OUR DEFINED FUND RANGE PRODUCTS
The Fund can be found in our defined fund range products Oracle, Paragon, Lifeplan, Protected Lifestyle, Quantum and Regular Savings Plan (including Malaysia variants).
SUMMARY OF THE CHANGES
Further to our communication of 7 February 2023 and 6 March 2023 regarding the change of Flat and Management Fee in relation to the UBS (Lux) Money Market Sustainable Fund (the “Fund”), we have been notified of a further increase to these fees. The change will take place on 6 April 2023 (the “Effective Date”).

These increases however do not exceed the maximum fee percentages currently specified in the fund Prospectus.
Plan owners do not need to take any action if they are happy with the above changes on the Fund. However, they can switch to an alternative fund available to their plan, free of charge, should they wish to.
We have contacted impacted plan owners, or their appointed investment advisor; primarily by email, with letters sent by post to those who have requested such, or where we do not hold valid email details. A sample of the Plan Owner letter can be found opposite.
