RL360 and RL360° Services 2024 year-end cut-off and new business acceptance
Below is a comprehensive list of 2024 year-end cut-off and new business times for RL360 and RL360° Services.
New business and commission payments: For commission to be paid in 2024, new business applications must be issued by us by 4pm UK time on 16 December 2024.
Commission will be paid on business issued before this time during week commencing 16 December.
Applications that are issued after this time and date will continue to be processed but commission will not be paid until week commencing 6 January 2025.
Ad-hoc withdrawal requests: The final day for receipt and processing of ad-hoc withdrawals in 2024 for payment prior to 24 December 2024, assuming available funds where applicable, will be 16 December 2024.
Switching: RSP, Quantum, Oracle, LifePlan The deadline for single policy switching will be 9am UK time on 24 December 2024 and 9am UK time on 31 December 2024.
Bulk switching: RSP, Quantum, Oracle, LifePlan The deadline for bulk policy switching will be 12pm UK time on 20 December 2024, until we reopen 2 January 2025.
Online switching (RSP, Quantum, Oracle, LifePlan): The final time and day for online switching is 5pm UK time on 23 December 2024. The system will be available from 9am UK time on 27 December but will close down again at 5pm UK time on 30 December. It will reopen once again at 9am UK time on 2 January 2025.
Dealing in the run up to New Year 2024/2025: Personalised dealing will be available until 9am UK time on 24 December 2024, reopening to receive instructions on 27 December, closing again at 9am 31 December 2024. Any instructions received after this time will be processed on 2 January 2025.
Online personalised dealing: The final time and day for online personalised dealing is 5pm UK time on 23 December 2024. The system will be available from 9am UK time on 27 December but will close down again at 5pm UK time on 30 December. It will reopen once again at 9am UK time on 2 January 2025.
Online Applications: This will be business as usual.
