Important information about cheque payments
We’d like to provide you with some advanced notice that impacts the method of submitting premium payments for our insurance products.

From 15 October 2025 our banking partners in the UK, Citibank, will no longer be providing the facility to bank cheques.
If you currently provide us with a cheque as payment to be banked in the UK you will need to pay via an alternative method from the above date.
This does not affect cheques currently banked in the UAE.
If you have new business cases in your pipeline which are considering paying premiums via cheque past the deadline, please consider an alternative payment method.
We will issue a reminder on 15 October when the new changes take effect.
