Credit card capture changes

We’re making changes to our new business application process - including improvements to how credit card details are provided - to help capture all required information as quickly and efficiently as possible.

These changes are coming in September, and while we’ll be in touch again nearer launch with more detail, we’re contacting you now so you have plenty of time to understand what’s changing, prepare your teams and customers, and make use of the support and guides available in advance.

Below is a simple summary of what’s changing and what you can do now to get ready.

For full support, step-by-step walk-through guides and practical help, please visit www.rl360app.com so you can familiarise yourself with the new process before it goes live. This should be your first point of reference, particularly for guidance on the new Open Access credit card site and how customers can add their card details securely.

What’s new:

New Open Access credit card site for customers

We’ve created a brand new, easy-to-use credit card website so customers can add credit card details for new applications and existing policies. For new applications (before submission), customers will receive a unique reference number after successfully adding a card, which they can share with you to submit with the application.

Changes to Credit Card Capture

As part of our continued commitment to supporting your business and protecting your data, we are introducing an update to how credit card details are captured.

Once the changes launch, we will reject all credit card mandate forms. We appreciate this represents a small change to current processes, and we are working to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.

You can continue to add credit card details through the online application system in much the same way as today. However, where possible, we would encourage customers to enter their details directly via the new Open Access site. This not only strengthens data security but also supports higher collection success rates and helps reduce the time spent resolving any payment-related queries.

We hope this change brings a more secure and efficient experience overall. To help you and your customers through the transition, please visit www.rl360app.com for support materials, walk-through guides and clear guidance on using the new Open Access credit card site. If you still have questions after reviewing the guidance, please contact your usual support contact.

New trustee and beneficiary options

You’ll be able to complete the Beneficiary Trust Nomination directly in the online application system, using either the RL360 Beneficiary Trust Nomination or the IFGL Global Trusts Beneficiary Trust Nomination.

Anti-money laundering requirements

We’ve added additional fields to the online application process to capture newly required information up front. This will speed up application processing, and a guide will be issued to explain these requirements.

Thank you for your continued support. These updates are designed to help you and your clients move smoothly through the application journey, securely, efficiently, and with fewer follow-ups.
