Notification of changes to T. Rowe Price Global High Yield Bond fund
T. Rowe Price Funds SICAV ("T. Rowe") has notified us of upcoming changes to its T. Rowe Price Global High Yield Bond Fund. These changes take effect 1 October 2026 (the “Effective Date”).

Change of name
From the Effective Date, T. Rowe is changing the name of its T. Rowe Price Global High Yield Bond Fund (the “Fund”) to T. Rowe Price High Yield Bond Fund. The proposed change removes the word ‘global’ from the Fund's increasing exposure to US-denominated bonds whilst maintaining flexibility to be more diversified and invest globally. This change does not impact the Fund's portfolio composition, its investment strategy nor risk profile.
Alongside the name change, the benchmark currently used by the Fund will be renamed to High Yield Bond Fund from the Effective Date.
The changes will take effect automatically and policyholders do not need to take any action.
