Investment objective and policy changes to various Schroder International Selection funds
Schroder International Selection Fund (the “Company”) has informed us of investment objective and investment policy changes to a number of its funds. These changes have already taken place.

(Together the “Funds”)
Summary of changes
The Company has updated their investment objective and investment policy on the above mentioned Funds to better reflect the change in the Funds' target benchmark. The target benchmark has changed from MSCI Emerging Markets (Net TR) index to MSCI Emerging Markets 10/40 (Net TR) index.
The new target benchmark reflects UCITS concentration limits, so it provides a better target benchmark against which to assess the Funds' performance.
For further details and information on what has changed in the Funds' investment objective and policy please see the appendix in the Schroder notifications opposite.
The changes will take effect automatically and policyholders do not need to take any action.
