TIEA
Stands for Tax Information Exchange Agreement. These are agreements which are signed by two countries to establish an official system for the exchange of information relating to taxes. Information is only provided if there is a proper request submitted.
Time Apportionment Relief
Available to UK residents who have resided overseas whilst holding an offshore bond and then fully surrender the policy when they return to the UK and incur a chargeable gain.
Top up
An extra contribution to a policy/bond. Can also be referred to as "Increment" or "Additional Contribution".
Trust

Trust Deed
